You are invited to join a really cool pilot project designed to start a citywide recycling tradition.
Saturday April 19th in honor of Earth Day 2008
In Portland's wonderful Overlook neighborhood
De-clutter your home, lighten the landfill and make new neighborhood connections. Simple as that.
Place unwanted reusable items on your parking strip by 10am and remove anything left by 6pm on Saturday April 19th.
(Items might include: building materials, furniture, household objects, toys, books, clothing, tools, equipment, etc....)
No junk, please! It's all about reuse, sharing & fun.
We're looking for neighborhood folks interested in making Free Share happen. We seek two types of responses: people signing up their households and people helping with the simple logistics of this sweet event.
Contact us and sign up to participate via e-mail by March 22nd.
